9-mm submachine gun mod. 1941 Schmeisser MP-41

Polak EP-41 MP

A two-component system consisting of a base in the form of a suspension of fillers in a highly concentrated solution of epoxy resins and a hardener. After curing, it forms an enamel of high chemical resistance, designed to protect metal and concrete surfaces from aggressive environments.

The Polak-41 MP composition is represented by the following modifications:

  • No. 3 – highly chemical-resistant, antistatic with basic characteristics.
  • No. 3 TBS is a highly chemical-resistant, quick-drying thixotropic composition that has a high rate of characteristics development compared to the basic modification.
  • No. 4 – highly chemical-resistant antistatic composition with increased elasticity and vibration resistance.
  • MT is a highly chemical-resistant composition with increased thixotropy, allowing the formation of coatings of large thicknesses (up to 500 microns). Does not affect the quality of drinking water and food products. Has a quick set of performance characteristics.

Properties

  • Provides long-term anti-corrosion protection against highly aggressive environments (use experience since 1968).
  • Maintaining stable adhesion of the protective coating for the entire period of operation.
  • Has low water absorption.
  • High mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.
  • Possibility of use at low temperatures (modification No. 3 TBS, MT).
  • Forms a low-flammable (G1) and low-flammable (B1) coating (modification No. 3 TBS).

Application area

For internal anti-corrosion protection of equipment, pipelines, metal structures, tanks and containers, metal and reinforced concrete, from the effects of solutions of acids and alkalis, including highly concentrated light petroleum products.

  • No. 3 – protection of containers and equipment operated in direct contact with concentrated solutions of acids and alkalis, light petroleum products.
  • No. 3 TBS - protection of tank farms and equipment operated in direct contact with solutions of acids, alkalis of medium and low concentrations, light petroleum products; performing work at low and negative temperatures; performing urgent work.
  • No. 4 – protection of mobile containers (for example, tanks, fuel trucks) operated in direct contact with light and dark petroleum products.
  • MT – protection of concrete and metal structures, containers, tanks in domestic and drinking water supply; protection of facilities for storing and transporting process water, solutions of acids and alkalis; carrying out work where the formation of coatings of large thicknesses (up to 500 microns) is required.

The choice of a specific modification depends on the initial data on the facility, the composition of the operating environment and the conditions of work.

Preparation of the composition

The composition is prepared immediately before starting work. Before preparation, the base and hardener must be mixed in the original container. Next, weigh out the required amount of base into the supply container, then add the hardener in the specified ratio and mix the components thoroughly.

The hardener is introduced in a thin stream with constant stirring of the semi-finished product.

Depending on the method of application and modification of the composition, to obtain a working viscosity, add a diluent to the composition (with the exception of modification MT)

Limitations and possible guidelines

  • It is not allowed to use the material on frozen, wet substrates, or on surfaces with the presence of condensation moisture (the surface temperature should be 3-4 °C higher than the dew point temperature).
  • The ratio of hardener and base must be strictly observed.
  • The use of thinners other than those recommended is not permitted.
  • It is not allowed to introduce more than 15% of the enamel weight into the composition of the diluent.
  • It is not allowed to use the material outside the recommended temperature range, or if extreme temperatures are expected in the near future before application.
  • If you have any questions about the use of the material, consult our technical specialists or official representatives in your region.

Description of the layout of the MP 41 Denix D7 / 1124 assault rifle (Schmeisser)

The luxurious model of the slot machine from the Spanish company Denix is quite rare, which makes it even more desirable for many buyers.
The model of the MP 41 Denix D7 / 1124 assault rifle has a magnificent design, and is also a replica of the MP 41 submachine gun. The MMG of the MP 41 Denix D7 / 1124 assault rifle is very similar to the combat version. And upon closer examination, it will be very difficult to detect the differences. The dimensions of the model are quite large, so the length is 864 mm and the weight is 4.5 kg.

However, the MP 41 model never managed to gain much popularity. This influenced the final number of copies coming off the assembly line, which amounted to only 24,000 pieces.

The main distinguishing feature of the MMG assault rifle MP 41 Denix D7 / 1124 is the presence of moving parts. Therefore, the reloading process will be the same as that of a real combat unit. In addition, it will be possible to almost completely disassemble and reassemble.

Despite the fact that the model is entirely manufactured in Spain, the price of the MP 41 Denix D7 / 1124 mockup will undoubtedly pleasantly surprise many gun lovers.

The MP 41 submachine gun appeared in the early forties. Initially, it was supposed to replace the previous model MP 40. In the production process of the case, durable steel coated with a blued finish was used. The stock and butt were made of natural wood.

This is what decided the future fate of the MP 41 submachine gun. Compared to the previous version, it ceased to be mobile due to the lack of a folding stock. And in war, mobility was a decisive factor when choosing military weapons.

And although the model is made only from high quality materials, every lover of historical weapons can buy a dummy MP 41 Denix D7 / 1124.

The sighting device of the MP 41 Denix D7 / 1124 model is of an open type, with a front sight and a non-adjustable rear sight. Their presence makes the dummy even more similar to a real weapon.

Model MP 41 Denix D7/1124 is a very rare model, as mentioned earlier. However, the MP 41 was still able to enter service with some units of the Third Reich, but was seen very rarely on the battlefield.

Currently, the model is highly valued among people who are interested in collecting. In addition, the model will become an indispensable prop when filming many films about the Great Patriotic War and various theatrical productions.
