After numerous reloads, the spring that holds the balls in the magazine begins to weaken, which is why the outermost ball does not always reach the barrel channel. To shoot this ball, the weapon must be turned upside down. Well, to solve the problem you will have to replace the clip or try to install a new spring in it.

The plastic latch that the magazine is equipped with breaks quite quickly. It should be treated with care, as it is practically not suitable for repair.

Another problem that arises as you use the Crosman C31 pistol is the leakage of carbon dioxide from the cartridge. If you store the gun loaded, the gas may escape completely. The cause of the problem is a worn gasket. Replacing it is not a complicated procedure at all.

Shooting is carried out only by self-cocking. There are no special problems with addiction. There is also a safety on the trigger guard.

Standard sights are front sight and rear sight. The front sight comes with a fiber optic thread. It’s clear that a rat without optics is not a sniper rifle, so from the very first days installing optics is a must. For this purpose, a 11mm dovetail is provided. But again, do not forget about the material of manufacture, and we try not to overload the sample. Owners also note an imbalance in the rifle when installing a scope, which leads to the need to artificially weight the insides of this barrel.

For snipers, it is worth noting the absence of recoil and much noise when fired. The Crosman 1077 rifle really shoots quietly, but the bullets from it (by the way, no need to poke the balls here) rushing past your head already whistle with a howl.

So, a small conclusion. Despite the shortcomings and criticism, the Crosman 1077 airgun still claims to maintain a significant place in the hardball community for many years to come. In terms of price, rate of fire, accuracy, this is the best choice for novice support snipers. It is also worth noting the possibility of tuning and upgrading (conversion to air, valve boring, etc.), and if something breaks, you can usually find any spare parts on sale.
