It is a semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Sigarms (now known as Sig Sauer Inc. of Exeter, New Hampshire). Introduced in 2007, the SIG P250 is available in .22 Long Rifle, .380 ACP, 9×19mm Parabellum, .357 SIG, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP. The P250 chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum was introduced to the North American market on November 7, 2007.[1] it was followed by the compact .45 ACP model in February 2008. SHOT Show. In early 2014, the SIG P320 was introduced. This hammer version of the P250 continues the modular format and features some of the same components as its hammer-fire sibling, including magazines and grips.

As of January 25, 2022, the only available caliber for the P250 on both the SIG Sauer website and their online catalog is the P250-22 Nitron Compact .22 Long Rifle. Replacement kits can convert the P250 from .22 Long Rifle to 9mm, .357 SIG, .40 S&W and .45 ACP.[2][3]

Review

The P250 semi-automatic pistol was introduced into the Counter-Strike series only in Global Offensive. This pistol holds 13 rounds of .357 SIG caliber, with 26 more in reserve. The P250 is capable of killing even an enemy with a helmet with a single shot to the head.

In reality the pistol is called SIG-SAUER P250. Currently, many law enforcement officers and services carry at least two pistols: one full-size for open carry and a second compact or subcompact for concealed carry off duty or when performing special tasks.

The SIG-Sauer P250 DCc pistol is the latest development of the German company JP Sauer & Sohn, part of the international concern SIGARMS. The SIG-Sauer P250 DCc pistol was first shown to the general public at the IWA-2004 exhibition, held in Nuremberg (Germany) in March 2004. The development of the pistol took about three years, and it was created in accordance with the official German requirements for service short-barreled weapons. Further refinement of the pistol took another three years, and engineers from the American plant SIGARMS participated in it, so the SIG-Sauer P250 pistol went into mass production only at the end of 2007 or the beginning of 2008. Currently (February 2008) this pistol is offered in only one compact variant and one caliber, with three grip size options. In the future, the release of SIG-Sauer P250 DC series pistols is promised with full-size and compact frames (each in three grip sizes) and barrels, as well as in other calibers. This modular weapon solution is aimed primarily at large police departments and other law enforcement services interested in minimizing the weapon systems used, but at the same time having a need for pistols of different sizes (compact for concealed carry, full-size for carrying in a holster), as well as possible in different calibers and ergonomically optimized for different shooters. The basis of the system is the central module, which contains the trigger mechanism assembly and guides for the bolt. Plastic frames of various sizes are installed on the central module and fixed by the axis of the weapon disassembly lever; various bolts and barrels (of different lengths and calibers) are also mounted on the same central module. Thus, replacing the caliber and even changing the dimensions of the weapon requires only partial disassembly of the weapon and the availability of appropriate sets of parts.

The SIG-Sauer P250 pistol is built on the basis of automation using recoil energy with a short barrel stroke. To unlock, the barrel is lowered by the interaction of a figured cutout in the boss under the barrel with the elements of the frame. The barrel is connected to the bolt by one massive protrusion. entering the cartridge ejection window on the bolt. The pistol frame is made of impact-resistant plastic, and a standard Picatinny-type rail is located under the barrel. The trigger mechanism is hammer-operated, double-action only (self-cocking only), trigger without a spoke. A feature of the pistol trigger is a very short trigger stroke for the second and subsequent shots (if the trigger is not released completely after each shot). The trigger pull is approximately 4 kg. As a result, the SIG-Sauer P250 has neither external safeties nor a safety release lever. The slide stop release levers are located on both sides of the weapon.

Flaws

• Very little ammo left. In this regard, the pistol is similar to the CZ75-Auto.
• First shot accuracy is worse than Glock-18 and P2000
• Low accuracy at long distances

Service

Disassembling the pistol for maintenance and replacing components is quite easy - to do this, you need to remove the magazine, extract the cartridge and pull the bolt casing back, turn the barrel lock down and slide the bolt casing in front, removing it from the frame. After this, changing the barrel or changing the plastic lining on the pistol frame will not be difficult. The same applies to cleaning weapons. But despite the obvious ease of disassembly, the weapon turned out to be truly reliable, clearly demonstrating the principle “to the depths of hell and back.” The drawing shows the design of the P 250 to be simple, but this is actually true.

Gameplay - game tactics

The pistol is good in eco rounds. At a low price and moderate power, you can purchase armor and grenades.

The pistol is effective primarily against players with Desert Eagle and AWP. Remember to move when shooting - with agility you can shoot down clumsy snipers with heavy weapons.

At long ranges, aim for the body. At close range, shoot at the level of the neck and head.

Counter-tactics

• Avoid close encounters with an experienced enemy armed with a P250
• Shoot at long distances with sniper rifles
• The Bison PP and other submachine guns with a higher rate of fire are good against the P250 at close ranges
• Throw at attacking players with P250 HE grenades and Molotovs - don't let them get closer

Exchange it for product development

The module for the capture on the P250 Compact was replaced in 2009. Tazi promena, correct the original and new modules for the capture and use the various write-offs. These old write-offs are not compatible with the new modules for the captured ones; railsata for accessories has quickly been exchanged from a twisted rail to a Picatinny rail.[7]

Factory holsters on the original modules for the invaders do not fit into the new modules for the invaders from the Picatinny rail, contrary to the modularity of the character on the firearms, allowing the original modules for the invaders to be replaced with the new version at the same price.[7]

Design details

The descent is independently decoding DAO descent system with hopeless and vdlabnat chuk. The system operates at a temperature of about 45 (4.6 kgf, 5.5 lbf)[5]

The pistols are offered with a dark-colored coating on Nitron, a two-color coating, while the surface is untreated and the coating is coated with a diamond coating.[6]

Design details

The P250 does not have manual external safety. Instead, A striker blocks the means of protection against accidental discharge of the weapon.[4]

The trigger is a self-cocking DAO trigger system with a wafer and recessed hammer. The trigger system has a pulling force of about 45 (4.6 kgf, 5.5 lbf)[5]

The pistols are available with a dark Nitron slide finish, a two-tone finish where the stainless steel slide has a raw finish, and a diamond finish.[6]

Changes in product evolution

The P250 Compact handle module was redesigned in 2009. This change results in the original and new grip modules using different magazines. These older magazines are not compatible with the new grip modules; The accessory rail was also changed from curved to Picatinny rail.[7]

Factory original grip holsters will not fit new Picatinny rail grips, although the modular nature of the firearm makes it easy to replace the original grips with a new version without breaking the bank.[7]

In 2012, SIG Sauer introduced a subcompact mid-width grip module with a Picatinny rail. The subcompact versions do not have this. Interchangeable kits were also introduced for the sub-compact version in .380ACP and .45ACP.
