This procedure is performed as follows. First of all, use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screws. Two of them are located on the side of the stock, and one is located near the trigger near the guard. Then the “air blower” is turned towards itself, the back is pressed against the board and the “pneumatic air blower” is turned counterclockwise. This is necessary so that the pin pops out of the groove and the spring is released. Next, the contents of the compressor are removed, the rifle is broken and the screw that holds the barrel is unscrewed. Assembly and disassembly

If it is necessary to carry out work related to cleaning the weapon, it may be necessary to disassemble the rifle. It is very important to control the condition of the barrel rifling - they must be visible. In addition, the inside of the trunk should not contain dark spots. Wooden elements should not contain characteristic chips and cracks in the area of ​​the side fastening screws.

Disassembling the rifle begins with detaching the iron from the stock. To do this, you need to unscrew the two side screws. Another fastening element is located in front of the trigger guard.

After this, you should remove the barrel and rod from the frame guide. First, press the safety lever a little. To make disassembling the trigger mechanism somewhat easier, you must first remove the locking pin of the block.

At the final stage of disassembly, the spring and piston are removed. Assembling the weapon is carried out in the reverse order. When solving this issue, you should never forget about installing the safety lever.

Maintenance

5.1. Follow these rules to improve the longevity of your rifle:

1) do not fire the rifle empty, without bullets;

2) do not use various objects for shooting instead of bullets that are not intended for use in pneumatic weapons;

3) to prevent breakage of the piston screw 6 (Fig. 3), it is recommended to tighten it after every 500-1000 shots.

5.2. The rifle should be disassembled only for prevention or troubleshooting in the following order (Fig. 3):

1) unscrew the stock screws 14 and 19, separate the stock 13 {or screws 33 and 36 and stock 38; rice. 2);

2) knock out the pin of the block 12;

3) rest the rifle securely on the rear end of the receiver 7 in the stand and carefully check the trigger block 11, making sure that the fixing pin on the block comes out of the receiver socket. Separate the trigger box, resisting the action of the mainspring 9.

Note. Do not disassemble the rifle while holding the receiver suspended, as in this case the trigger block, sharply ejected by the spring, can cause injury.

4) remove the mainspring, rod 10 and piston 8;

5) unscrew the locking screw and then the barrel axis 3, having previously turned the barrel around the axis by a certain angle;

6) separate barrel 1 with cocking lever 18 and hinge 21 from the receiver.

5.3. Reassembling the rifle must be done in reverse order.

5.4. During the assembly process, do not allow the cuff to be damaged by the groove of the receiver.

5.5. When the bullet's flight speed decreases, which can be judged by the decrease in its performance, it is necessary to remove the cuff 20 (see Fig. 3), soak it in mineral oil and put it back in place, securely securing it with a screw. Replace the cuff if the defect persists,

5.6. If an air leak is detected when firing between the breech of the barrel and the receiver, it is necessary to replace the barrel gasket 4 (see Fig. 3).

5.7. When the bullet's flight speed decreases, if the piston and barrel seals are in working order, the mainspring is replaced.

5.8. In order to avoid the spring from recharging when storing the rifle, the piston should not be cocked. Store the rifle in a dry place.

5.9. During long-term storage without use, it is recommended to lightly lubricate the metal parts of the rifle with gun grease.

Before you begin the disassembly procedure, stock up on the following:

• Phillips screwdriver.
• With a hammer.
• A drift with a diameter of 0.4 cm. If you don’t have one, use a nail. It will be most convenient for you to work with a “hundredth”.
• Wooden plank.

Rifle tuning
