The ARS-14 auto-filling station is a special mobile engineering and technical tool that ensures that the chemical troops unit carries out the most important preventive measures. The vehicle is designed to transport specially prepared liquids that ensure the operation of army chemical, radiation and biological protection systems. Description

The first ZIL-131 vehicles were intended to transport not only cargo, but also people, so folding benches for 16 seats were installed in a plank body with a folding tailgate, and one eight-seater bench was separate.

On the sides there were dismantled arches for the awning, which made it possible to cover people and cargo in case of bad weather. In this form, with flatbed bodies, the first vehicles were produced and immediately entered service with the army, came to collective farms, and to large construction sites.

Army airborne vehicles were supplied with:

  • observation hatch. It was located on the right in the roof of the cabin;
  • blackout headlights and a finder headlight on the left;
  • strengthening the windshield in the form of a B-pillar;
  • fastening devices for road transportation.

The vehicles were equipped with a special kit, which included:

  • drill sockets for weapons,
  • night-vision device,
  • box for documents and cards,
  • dosimeters;
  • tools for engineering earthworks;
  • fire fighting equipment and first aid kit.

Slightly modernized, on-board vehicles with a winch and a platform above the top of the cabin, additional lighting, and marked with special signs, provided the missile systems with special equipment, carried out reloading and delivery of equipment.

KUNG ZIL 131

The first KUNG ZIL 131 vans appeared in 1970. Kung is a unified body, sealed, closed on all sides. Vehicles with such vans have been and continue to be used as mobile laboratories, mobile medical facilities and for other research purposes.

On the ZIL-131 chassis with a KUNG van, mobile radio stations, radio communications and surveillance equipment were placed.

Vans were also used for recreation and living in the field. They controlled the troops. All bodies of this type are equipped with living conditions, ventilation and heating systems, and lighting. Heating devices were equipped with filters for air purification.

Depending on the equipment and the functions assigned to the KUNG ZIL-131, a separate van weighs from 1200 to 1800 tons.

Now 3IL131 with a KUNG-type van can be bought for an amount from 150 to 350 thousand rubles. How much a KUNG costs without a car depends on its equipment and year of manufacture. You can work or live in a fully equipped van.

Purpose

The ARS-14PM fire extinguishing vehicle is designed to fight fire in forest and rural areas. Produced by the company "Automobiles and Motors of the Urals" (AMUR, former Ural Automobile Plant, UAMZ) on the chassis of ZIL-131 / ZIL-131N cars produced by the Likhachev Plant (including those re-equipped with diesel engines), as well as on the chassis of their analogues produced by UAMZ - Amur-531342 with a carburetor engine and Amur-531340 with a diesel engine.

ARS-14PM is adapted to deliver fire extinguishing equipment and fire crews to the site of a fire, to extinguish the fire with water and air-mechanical foam.

It is equipped with:

  • a tank for 2700 liters of water and a tank for 150 liters of foaming composition;
  • pumping unit and a set of water intake hoses;
  • a fire monitor on the roof and a spray nozzle under the bumper;
  • pressure hoses with manual fire nozzles and a water stand;
  • foam generator GPS-600;
  • portable fire extinguishers type OP-5;
  • non-mechanized hand tools, as well as hydraulic tools.

The cabin of the ARS-14PM vehicle is a three-seater, all-metal, two-door.

The design of the ARS-14PM chassis is similar to the base model and is a three-axle all-wheel drive vehicle with steered front axle wheels and closely spaced rear axles. The supporting system is a spar frame. The engine is located in the front part under a metal tail with an alligator-type hood. The car is equipped with either an in-line four-cylinder diesel engine from the Minsk Motor Plant from the D-245 series (turbocharged or atmospheric), or an eight-cylinder V-shaped carburetor engine of the ZIL-130 / ZIL-131 / ZIL-508.10 family. The power of the power plant, depending on the version, ranges from 96 to 111 kW in round numbers.

The car's transmission is a mechanical step-type, with a gearbox for five forward gears, a two-stage transfer case that provides automatic connection and disconnection of the front axle with ball joints of equal angular velocities, and with a straight axle. The axles are continuous, the front wheel suspension is on semi-elliptical springs, the two rear axles are interlocked into a bogie with a balancer suspension. The tires on all wheels are single-pitch. The car is equipped with a centralized tire pressure control system.

Additionally, the ARS-14PM can be equipped with an engine pre-heater, a winch for self-pulling, a tachometer, an hour meter, control and measuring instruments for a pumping unit and other equipment.

It is carried out on the basis of documentation, including that describing ARS-4 (fastening drawing is a mandatory guideline), at assembly stands of PMS (track machine stations). Separate 25-meter links are formed in several stages, strictly from inventory metal structures. Let's look at the assembly sequence in more detail.

It is carried out on a stand; during its implementation it is important to maintain the same distance between the axes in the joint area. Deviation is possible, but it should not exceed two centimeters

Placement of pads

They are mounted according to the diagram in specially designed areas for contact. To ensure an increase in the elasticity of the APC fastening, it is recommended to use shock-absorbing ones, type TsP-204 (their parameters are indicated in the tables above).

Rail layout

This is carried out using special equipment - a crane of suitable lifting capacity. Thus, metal structures 25 m long are mounted with high precision on sleepers of similar length to create reliable gratings.

Installation of insulating corners

It is carried out so that one shelf of each of them occupies a vertical position, between the anchor brackets and the side of the sole, and the second is laid on top of the I-beam. The protrusion that provides fixation should be located in the middle of the fastener guides.

A little advice: constantly check the documentation when you first install an APC-type rail fastening: the drawing makes any instructions more clear and simplifies its understanding.

Terminal block layout

They are needed to protect the sleeper material from increased loads occurring at the joints and to prevent premature destruction of concrete and wear of surfaces. They must be placed close to the anchor brackets and always outside.

Spring terminal placement

They are installed on top of the previous components - so that their turns go around the protrusions, and the straight section exactly coincides with the shelf of the insulating corner. The antennae should be in the “up” position.

Installation of monoregulators

Tightening them with sufficient force is not a problem, since the keys for fastening kits KB, ZhBR, ARS are universal - ordinary 36 mm nuts, with easy-to-use elongated handles. So calmly position the eccentric at the ends of the terminal so that the axial protrusions with their supporting sections fit tightly into the hook-shaped eyes, and the triangular extended part is between the antennae. Then all that remains is to turn it to the second position.

The result of the above operations is a practical and durable connection of the supporting base and the track surface, elastic, stably withstanding intense loads, requiring minimal maintenance costs.

Description

Description

The new MP-2.0 module produced by Tambovmash OJSC is intended for use as a primary fire extinguishing agent in settlements, timber industry enterprises, horticultural farms and at various national economic facilities.

The module can be used for its intended purpose both in stationary conditions (with connection to the supply water supply network) and on vehicles (using a transportable water supply) of sufficient capacity and a load capacity of at least 2500 kgf.

ZIL-131 trucks were actively used not only within the USSR, but were also exported to the Warsaw Pact countries and other friendly states.
The truck, with a solid margin of safety and enhanced traction qualities, was able to operate at air temperatures from -40 to + 50°C, on any roads. At that time, there was no concept of an SUV, because there were practically no good roads, so designers developed cars taking into account low cross-country roads. ZIL 131 was the main transport for the delivery of army cargo and personnel up to 24 people, served as a tractor for artillery pieces, two-ton cargo trailers of the SMZ-8325 type.

Onboard models of the ZIL-131 were adapted for transportation by An-22, An-124 and Il-76 cargo aircraft.

From the first days of production, all military models of the ZIL-131 were equipped with shielded electrical equipment, three-stage air filtration and sealed units, which made it possible to use them in all army formations, and in critical road and weather conditions (as well as the MAZ-5551).

Procedure for registration of participation in the auction, list of participant documents and requirements for registration: In accordance with the regulations of the electronic platform, to participate in the auction, the applicant submits an application to the operator of the electronic platform. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted on the electronic platform of Sberbank-AST CJSC at https://utp.sberbank-ast.ru on the Internet from 00 o'clock. 00 min. The application is drawn up in Russian in the form of an electronic document, signed with a qualified electronic signature, and must contain the following information specified in the bidding notice: (1) name, legal form, location, postal address of the applicant (for a legal entity); (2) last name, first name, patronymic, passport details, information about the applicant’s place of residence (for an individual); (3) contact telephone number, email address of the applicant; (4) information about the presence or absence of interest of the applicant in relation to the debtor, creditors, the arbitration manager and the nature of this interest, information about the participation in the applicant’s capital of the arbitration manager, as well as a self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers, of which the arbitration manager is a member or leader; (5) a proposal for the purchase price of the property, which must not be lower than the price in force during the relevant bidding period. Copies of the following documents must be attached to the application for participation in the auction: (1) an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (for a legal entity), an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for an individual entrepreneur), identification documents (for an individual) , a duly certified translation into Russian of documents on state registration of a legal entity or state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with the legislation of the relevant state (for a foreign person); (2) a document confirming the authority of a person to carry out actions on behalf of the applicant. Documents attached to the application are submitted in the form of electronic documents signed with a qualified electronic signature of the applicant.

Procedure and criteria for determining the winner of the auction: The winner is the bidder who offered the highest price, and if two or more applications containing spring price proposals are received, the bidder whose application was received first is recognized.
