T-34 is a Tier 5 Soviet medium tank in World of Tanks. He is one of the first tanks in the project; he dates back to the times when he was balanced even at levels 8-9. Therefore, the T-34 is a legend not only of WWII, but also in our game. In recent years, the game mechanics and balancer have undergone a lot of changes, so now this tank falls into the “seven” category at most.

The tank is not viable alone; it only performs well on city maps, collecting wounded animals. The T-34-3 will definitely appeal to those who have experience playing the IS-6. 2. In principle, the tank is not bad and, with direct hands of the player, can bring good income. It should be noted that developers rarely get perfect bonuses, so the T-34-3 needs to be upgraded. With today's performance characteristics, the tank will clearly not be a bestseller, because it requires getting used to and experience. For inexperienced players, it will probably gather dust in the hangar, like a monument to wasted money. 3. The tank definitely has its advantages and disadvantages. His ability to quickly move along the flanks gives his advantage. Thus, you can quickly take advantageous positions while waiting for the enemy to spot you. And also carry out reconnaissance and quickly get behind enemy lines, where pesky artillery is hiding. Fast reloading of the top gun allows you to attack heavier and armored enemy vehicles. By cutting circles around the enemy tank, you can easily deal damage to weak spots using automatic target acquisition. But do not forget that there may be other enemy equipment nearby. In this case, it is better to leave this area.
Ambush tactics can be very effective. If the vehicle has good camouflage and surveillance, it can cause significant damage from a long distance. To do this, it is better to find some kind of shelter, for example: bushes or fallen trees.
This way you can highlight the enemy yourself. Moreover, the T-34 area is small, which gives another advantage.

Combining the skills of smooth turret rotation and smooth movement will improve the stabilization of the gun, allowing you to shoot more accurately while moving by reducing the spread circle.
Radio interception will add 10.5 meters to the basic visibility.
The T-34's ammunition is rarely criticized, most often when it hits the rear of the turret, but in general, for the branch of Soviet tanks, the non-contact ammo rack perk is a must-learn.

How to play T-34
The T-34 is a universal fighter and can find use in any situation. Still, tactics in a battle in the “five” largely depend on the level of battles, so we will build on this.
Top of the list. In such battles, there are many new players who at first simply ride forward without really thinking about tactics. Therefore, in the first minutes of the battle, it is important to keep your strength points intact, taking advantage of the inexperience of both enemies and allies, shooting damage from a distance.
In the second half of the battle, the T-34 is capable of deciding. Thanks to excellent dynamics and good weapons, it will not be difficult to take out “shot” opponents, change position, move to the other flank, or even break through to the enemy’s rear.
Armor penetration is enough to turn most Tier 5 tanks into a sieve; difficulties can arise only with specially armored types: KV-1, KV-220, OI. For such cases, penetration by a special projectile of 189 mm is enough to confidently inflict damage even on them.
Middle of the list. Here the T-34 is exclusively a support vehicle from the second line. The high rate of fire allows you to put the enemy on the rink and not let him go; even with the pumped-up “Repair” perk, he will not have time to repair himself. If you go into a breakthrough, then only with allied tanks, which have better visibility, armor and a larger margin of safety.
Bottom of the list. The game here requires maximum concentration, because some “sevens” can destroy the T-34 with one shot or, at best, will leave less than 10% strength. To penetrate level 7 tanks head-on, the armor penetration of a basic shell is not enough, so you will have to load gold more often or try to drive into the enemy’s rear.
Due to the small visibility, the role of a scout in battles of such levels is ineffective for the T-34, so it is better to deal damage to allied light.
How we increased combat effectiveness
The first step is to improve the performance characteristics of the “preferential” cars and check the changes in the statistics of the “preferential” “eights”. We wanted to increase their competitiveness in single-tier battles and battles with Tier IX vehicles, while maintaining a balance given their special status. We didn't want these vehicles to become more effective than tanks with a full combat level that fight against vehicles two levels higher.
The updated characteristics have been tested in closed testing, and we hope that we have achieved the desired result.
Now, in terms of combat effectiveness, these unique premium vehicles are significantly closer to vehicles with a full combat level. They cannot be called equivalent, because “benefits” do not have to compete with “dozens” in battle. But now they have something to say in the battle against single-level machines and even “nines”.
Example: the characteristics of the IS-6 have increased, but it will not be better than the IS-3, since the IS-6 only fights against “nines”, and the IS-3 also fights against “tens”.
